(December 19, 2023, 5:05 pm)Ride the Tammany Trace from Mandeville or Covington, turn around at Salmen Nature Park, then STOP HERE right on the trail for a very nice casual lunch. I really needed a cup of coffee, theirs was very good.

Fruit smoothies are amazing.
The chicken Caesar wrap and turkey bacon avocado panini are also delicious!
