    Feels like home in Mississippi with delicious Home cooked meals! Only thing missing is a couch to take a nap afterwards!!!!?

    I went on a cruise on December 1st and returned on the 8th. I couldn’t wait to get off the ship in New Orleans & drive straight to Amite so I could have me some Nonna’s! That place is family owned & ran well! The turkey wings & fried chicken were the best I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you Nonna’s

    The Lord led us to Nonna's Cafe after a Spirit filled prayer meeting at my church down highway 37 on highway 63. I walked in and knew Nonna was a Sister in the Lord the moment she spoke. It felt like I was at Grandma's house! There were no TVs blaring, nobody cussing, or talking loud on their cell phone; just the low sounds of friends and family talking over a fine meal made with love. Oh, I can't forget the soft jazz playing in the background. We experienced a preview of dinner in heaven that day. God bless you, Sister. I'm praying for God's blessings to flow over you. I will see you in Gloryland if I don't make it back to your table first. Jeremiah 29:11

    Amite's hidden gem. Nonna's Cafe has delicious home cooking, real southern comfort food. Housed in a 100 year old home turned cafe, Nonna's has a buffet of serve yourself or take out. $12.70 for buffet and drink, it's definitely worth it.
