(July 5, 2020, 2:56 pm)Atmosphere is great, owner is a friendly guy and makes you feel welcome. Food is good home cooking. Only reason 4 out of 5 is the chicken was over cooked a bit. Well you ask ! Love this cafe!

Looking into getting a food pantry going a cooler, Red barron Charlie Brown And Snoopy show about to come on. Happy Thanksgiving Family .

(January 3, 2019, 5:26 am)This is a wonderful and cozy small town Cafe with lots of friendly people and delicious home cooked food. An icon in Ponchatoula since I was a teenager in the 1970s. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a great breakfast like grits bacon eggs and biscuits. Or lunch time for a large plate of red beans and rice with sausage and a side of cornbread.
