(March 8, 2020, 1:23 am)Visiting from out of town. 531 Liberty Cafe came highly recommended by two different locals. The Edamame hummus and the turkey burger were also recommended, and neither disappointed. The 531 signature burger can be cooked to order so all of you who prefer rare to medium rare burgers can find a wonderful choice. The buns are unusually good, and you can even buy a quart of their house-made pickles to take home (sort of a bread and butter pickle with can cayenne kick).

(February 7, 2020, 7:30 pm)WOW!...Just Wow!! The first time I went I had the Bacon Jam Burger and was extremely impressed..so much so that I went back 2 weeks later! The second time I had the Baja Turkey Burger, which was also tasty, but I personally the preferred the flavors of the Bacon Jam! Staff was super friendly, even though they are super busy. Highly recommend!!

(January 14, 2019, 8:24 pm)The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. The service was great just like the food! I had the "Black and Blue" salad which exceeded my expectations. We are definitely going back! They also serve Black Rifle Coffee!!! Woo-hoo!!
