One of the best places in town! And one of the only places to get delish, helalthy, organic food, smoothies, and juices! But the yoga is really where they shine! Wonderful instructors teach many levels of yoga! Very open and accepting of everyone. My favorite part of Root2rise is the personal growth and consciousness is facilitated in my small town. community

Glad I found this great studio! Warm, inclusive atmosphere and very welcoming to this new comer. Great power yoga classes where you can get a good sweat. The juices and smoothies are a delicious added bonus!

Took the awakening flow. It was nice. I really enjoyed the yoga space with the cafe attached to it. You can even place a juice order before class so that its ready when you're done with class. Try the anti inflammatory juice, you wont be dissapointed.
