This bolillo from San Antonio knows his way around Tex-Mex and this was awesome. I had chicken enchiladas verde. It was a beautiful plate with rice and refrieds which were top notch. Folks were super friendly. Not what I expected in Houma.

Estan riquisimas las tortillas
Super fresh and delicious corn tortillas made on the premises. After cooling any leftover tortillas at home, separate each one between wax paper. They’re so freshly made they will stick together if package is placed in fridge without separating each tortilla. Ok, now that I got that instruction out of the way, provided by the cashier, know this: they make beef Barbacoa and Menudo on the weekends. Usually sells out by noon. Call ahead and they’ll set aside a pound or two. They open at 8 am on the weekends.
