“This location makes the best caramel granitas. As good as they are, they are not as good as Tim Hortons Ice caps! But the carmel granitas are still growing on me and it's the ONLY thing I have ever ordered at a PJs. It also helps that this location has the best staff. Very friendly, they give off good energy and they are very efficient. With the amount of traffic that the gas station, break tag/car wash gets and have seen the outdoor and indoor seating areas completely filled with customers, I have never had to wait a long time to place my order. Wish I could give more stars because of the staff. When they see me walk up they just ask me how many, and have all my drinks ready to go in a couple minutes. In and out!!”

“My husband and I ate here and everything we ate was delicious! We had the Bird’s Nest Garlic Shrimp appetizer, spicy seafood soup noodle (I ordered mine without crab meat), tiramisu cheesecake, and blue berry cheesecake. The seafood soup was one of the best soups I’ve ever eaten. Plus the customer service was excellent. I didn’t get the waitress name, but she was so polite. We’re looking forward to eating here many more times. Highly recommend!”

“PJ's coffee is one of the best roasters in New Orleans, with many locations throughout the city and region. This particular store on Magazine Street is always clean, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The courtyard is a truly peaceful spot, with beautiful alcoves equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee with friends, or read/study in. Inside, the store features several lounge-style rooms with cafe tables and couches. Overall it is generally a quiet and upscale coffee shop, while much less expensive than many national chain coffee shops.”

“I was in New Orleans for a work meeting. On the day I was leaving. I saw this great little spot down the street from me. It's a really well designed outside and inside space. It's so welcoming green and with simple but tasteful decorations. It's very unique and authentic and how the furniture and art and architecture has been designed for the space. The food is well thought out, diverse and fresh. There's something for everybody. The coffee is delicious and well selected. The staff are so friendly and efficient.”

“I buy coffee at the drive-thru. The problem with this location is that the drive-thru attendant, regardless of which employee it is, always smiles and says would you like to leave a tip? It's embarrassing and I feel pressured. I don't feel like drive-thru should be asking for tips. It makes my purchase awkward. I've stopped going to this location because of it. Yes I know I could say no, which I never do, because I feel pressured.”

“Went back two days in a row because the caramel velvet cream is literally the best drink. It’s better than starbucks and mcdonald’s. It has a soft consistency somewhat like a frappe. But if you don’t like overly sweet drinks don’t get this. This drink is really sweet but I enjoy it. Also ask for the whipped cream on top even better. It’s a nice cafe with seatings and free wifi when you purchase your drink. The atmosphere is chill.”

“Super Tastee Apple fritters and lemon drops ever! As Locals we don’t eat A lot of beignets or Dunkin or Krispy Kreme… Tastee is the original and our go to every weekend. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are happy to help grab the donut at the very end of the case if that’s the one you want. The apple fritters are our favorite of all the donuts offered. The fritters are always crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. They have apples sprinkled in too with lots of cinnamon… Delicious! If you are an apple fritter fan make sure you get there before noon as sometimes they sell out and don’t make anymore. Second favorite is the buttermilk drops. See photos. They have a cake texture - taste is vanilla with sweet cream. Crunchy and a little sugary on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside.”

“I am absolutely in LOVE with this adorable quaint little coffee/doughnut shop/cafe! By far the best kept little secret in town. They have everything from Iced Cafe Americana, to Avocado toast! 🥑🥐 And their doughnuts... delish! They are mini doughnuts, just so you know, (about the size of a half dollar-ish,) but they are super yummy! 🍩 (I like the Boston Cream!) They have a variety of flavors as well, and the designer doughnuts = Awesome! You can get them in quantities anywhere from a half dozen to a whole tub full also! Which is great for us since we have 8 people in our household. And I noticed the offer Catering as well. My kids LOVE the loaded Hot Chocolate! 🍫 ☕ (And it is certainly loaded! Can we say sugar rush!? 🍭) Their food is tasty and the prices are on point. (I got a loaded Hot Chocolate and a HUGE Cafe Americana with extra flavoring this morning plus a 15% tip for right at $10 !) Much cheaper than Starbucks, and tastes JUST as good, if not better! And as if that's not enough, the inside decor, is top notch!😍 It reminds me of the Anime Cafe in Eureka Springs Arkansas! The service is great, very personable and friendly ladies behind the counter, and they are very helpful and ready to explain and answer any questions. I have to admit, I'm torn between keeping this place a secret so I don't have to fight my way in or the lines, and blasting it out to the world, because it truly should be experienced! So, I absolutely HIGHLY recommend checking this place out! 🧋🍵🍩🥯🧁 Parking is a little tricky, the cafe is on a little side street. Take a left at Ya Mama's restaurant, and the cafe is on the right. It's a little black and white building. You can park right in front of it or across the street in the grass area or next to the laundromat.”

“Wonderful coffee and food. I always love the spinach & feta croissant and their mocha latte's!! They have so many options though. If you like coffee, tea, or those bright colored "loaded tea" things, they have it: hot, iced, or frozen. ☺️ Their double chocolate muffin is delicious as well as their other muffins & scones. (I'm sure you see the trend - we LOVE chocolate😜) They also serve lunch sandwiches. This location has several tall tables and chairs as well as some soft chairs and regular height tables and chairs. They have lots of PJ's swag as well: mugs, shirts, beautiful tumblers, lib balm, etc. Great place to have a meal or snack! Very clean. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. 🙂☕🥐”
