    This is not a 1 star only because the employees were doing their best. Not their blame. Ordered online. Told me to be there in a half hour. Got there and it was chaos. Bunch of people whose sandwiches were not done as scheduled were in the small waiting area. One of my 3 sandwiches was ready. The only one ordered hot. The other two took just over 20 minutes to get out. In that time, people were coming in, ordering there and leaving with their sandwiches.
    Their system just doesn’t work if they are busy. The sandwich was ok. If you get take-out, send somebody else to get it.

    The Manager at the Auburn store tonight 10/9/2022 at 7 pm was great. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct before I left. Excellent customer service that is a rarity these days.

    Excellent ! Great sandwiches ! My new favorite sub shop. I like the fact that the meats & cheeses are sliced fresh as they make it. Friendly, energetic staff !
