The pizza is what it is but the customer service was awesome. However with a line of people out the door and the staff clearly overworked I think management needs to step up their game or lose good people. Thankfully there were no rude customers.
It's a pizza for under $6... so that's nice. However, each TIM E I visit this location I end up waiting at the unattended counter for about 5 minutes, then ordering what is called a "Hot n' Ready" pizza, and it's never ready. I wait another 5 minutes for a new one, then it's too hot for the kids to eat. So I end up listening to whiny kids because they'll have to wait 20 minutes to eat it, or they burn themselves from impatience. That's what Little Caesar's means to me.
The pizza here does not have the best taste, but I would say that it is well worth the price. Better than some gas station pizza..
Also idk if the phone number listed on Google is incorrect, but I've called it numerous times and I have yet to have someone pick it up.. However, they do have online ordering and that's basically the same as ordering over the phone, so
I remember Little Caesar's from when I was a child, the bigfoot pizza was the stuff of legends. My biggest issue was always the quality of ingredients, it was very much cheap cafeteria style pizza. Since the rebranding ingredients have gotten a lot better and the quality has gone up. Still not quite 5 stars but a lot better. Love the bacon wrapped stuffed crust.
