Oga Suya - Nigerian BBQ

Everything is just incredible. The service is kind, quick, and educational. The wings are *enter favorite descriptive curse word here* delicious. My current fave is the fish and plantain meal. Fabulous! Oh, and the jollof.....oh man the jollof. Bonus that they set up at my favorite backyard chill space, The Zoo. Everything about Oga Suya makes me smile:)

Probably the best wings in town! Well seasoned, no sauce (doesn't need it), grilled to order, not over priced; this chief knows what he's doing and so does the rest of the team.

My work place hired Oga Suya in admittedly short notice, and they fully delivered! They worked quickly with us as well, sending us the invoice, and requesting the paperwork needed from us as we are a non-profit within the hour of our request.

We had ordered 4 separate items, suya chicken wings, suya chicken leg quarters, vegetable suya, and puff puff. The last photo is less than 15 minutes later; it was all gone! Everyone loved it, and I have a feeling that we will be using their catering service again in the future!

I hired Oga Suya to cook for my African-inspired party. The food was TO DIE FOR 🤤. Oga Suya is a serious, serious asset to the Portland, ME food community. We can’t wait to hire them for our next event.

This was the best bbq chicken I’ve had in Portland, Maine. Everything was delicious and full of flavor.
