This place is outstanding. Our table had prime rib and fish n chips. Both were delicious. I highly recommend.
I recently went to the OPT while I was home from California to attend my high school reunion. I was last there in 1974. Hasn't changd much! Met the owner's daughter. Surprised to discover that the owner is still thete after all these years. Awesome experience!
Spacious and clean. The chicken parm was good. Order the peanut butter pie and the blueberry cheese cake so good.We also ordered the hot crab dip that tasted to fishy to eat.
Exceeded expectations! Live music on Friday night was enjoyable, but the food took the spotlight. Asked the hostess what her favorite appetizer was and she suggested the fish tacos. AWESOME SUGGESTION! So good that my expectations really started to raise for the main course. Lobster Mac&Cheese. Large chunks of lobster and flavorful pasta. The key lime cheesecake was a perfect ending. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. It is a step down from the street but I enjoyed the atmosphere. Oh... the onion rings are amazing but had to ask for sauce to dip.
Take a few steps down to get to the tavern. Lighting is a bit dim. Had a great meal! We all tried something different and all enjoyed our seafood platters(such as clam chowder, popcorn shrimp, cod.) Prices were $$, however plenty to eat. Service was great during lunch. Bar was available and a huge, beautiful fish tank was entertaining. Karaoke on Monday nights is a big hit!
