The Holy Donut

These are the best donuts. They have a large selection (with lots of vegan and gluten free options) that change seasonally, and they’re all amazing. The store is in a good location, so you can take your donuts across the street and eat them on the water or walk up the street and have them in a park.

This place was everything people say it is. GREAT!! We had the pleasure of stopping in to try all sorts of donuts and treats. They have a vegan selection as well for those with allergies or preference. The prices were very reasonable but make sure you make time to go as there is usually a line to purchase something. They have beverages, clothing and other souvenirs for purchase. Some tables available but get occupied pretty fast.

There is a bathroom on premise as well for your convenience. The staff were all polite. Even at the last minute when staff is ready to close up were still polite and ensured all waiting customers were served. Now that's awesome service. It's on the strip and lots to do around but make sure you leave some time to hit his place up. You won't regret it!

Creative flavors, cake-like without being dry, and very satisfying! We had the blueberry glazed, dark chocolate coconut, maple, and chocolate cinnamon sugar. Each was unique and enjoyed by us and our kids; the blueberry glazed was was absolute favorite! Best (potato) donuts and a must-visit when in Portland.

These Donuts were amazing!! I actually preferred the taste and texture of the vegan Donuts- the Pomegranate one was my all time favorite!! You can order ahead or stand in line which moves very quickly!

Everyone says to go to Holy Donut when in Portland, but honestly it wasn't mind blowing or anything. The donuts themselves are just a bit thicker and chewier than regular non-potato donuts.

We waited about 15-20 minutes on a Friday morning at 9:30am and they had quite a few flavors left. But I don't think they are worth a trip out or worth the line. If you're in the area and the line is moving pretty fast, definitely try it, but it's definitely not a must-eat.
