1800 Mexican Restaurant Me

Great spot in an unassuming location. We were visiting from out of town and as former Californians we take our Mexican food seriously.

The menu has all the real deal classic dishes so we decided to take the drive down from our hotel in Portland and it was totally worth it. Care was put into the whole presentation from the interior design to the menus. The most important part is that the food backed it all up nicely.

We will definitely be back on our next visit.

One of the most legit Mexican restaurants in southern Maine, period. Really good food and great service. Vegetarian options, great drink selection, and everything is fresh and made in a typical way. A hell of a lot more authentic than many of the popular restaurants around here. We had veggie fajitas and tacos al pastor and carne asada. Everything was delicious 🤤

Excellent! Just ate there and we all loved our meals. The kids got hard tacos and ate all of them. My father got the Diablo burrito and I got the fajita quesadilla. All great. Caliente margarita and jalapeño are great.
