Quite good food! Portions were not crazy either which was nice. Good seating in the bar area.
Would recommend checking this place out!

We were in Bar Harbor in late November, so well past the usual tourist season and more than half of the stores and restaurants were closed for the season. I got the Rum Burger and my wife, the fried chicken. With their brown butter french fries and fried brussel sprouts on the side, as well as a cup of chowder. The food is not gourmet by any means, but for what is, it's fantastic. The fries were a real surprise for me, along with the brown butter, which I honestly couldn't taste but it didn't matter, it looks like they were seasoned with fresh thyme leaves and cracked pepper. I'd go back just for those. We got our order as take out, but decided to go there a couple days later to get some dinner and a couple drinks, we ended up ordering the same things again, and we were not disappointed. The food was great again, and the staff was super friendly. I'm looking forward to eating there again next time we are in town.

Great place with loocal flavor. Server Kelly made great menu suggestions & was friendly & attentive. Lobster rolls, fresh lobster, blueberry pie were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Maine's best place to be greatest lobster I ever eaten. Lovely live music band. Excellent beers, beautiful and polite staff. I had an amazing time in this place. Family friendly the way Maine is supposed to be.

Decent, but nothing great from my experience.

I visited with a group of 6 and we sat outside since it was a nice day. The seating and surroundings were all fine.

Food was a bit slow to come out. Even appetizers and soups which would come out early took 15-20 minutes.

The food was pretty good. I had southern fried chicken which I realize is probably not the thing to get here. Still, the chicken was a bit tough. I'd recommend something else.

Most of the table got lobster rolls which I also tried. In case you are new to Maine, just be aware the lobster rolls are a cold sandwich. They load it up with lobster meat which is very good. The lobster had a very distinct saltwater flavor which is different from other lobsters I've eaten hot. My friends were all still hungry after the lobster roll too so maybe get something else too if you get that.
