Mediocre sandwiches, one of which was missing toppings. About $40 for 2 sandwiches one side salad, one bag of chips and 2 bottled drinks (iced tea and soda). Service waaay too slow for counter service/fast casual. Bathroom was functional, but had a lot of water all over the floor.
This small restaurant tucked away in the heart of Bar Harbor is a must for anyone looking for fresh food and local flavors. We had the lobster roll and Haddock chowder. The lobster was rich and full of flavor and the chowder was delicious. They also have a variety of soups including lobster stew along with salads and even breakfast for those who just can’t go without a lobster omelette. Having only opened up in June of 2019 this place has already made a name for itself. I suggest you stop by.
It may be named Lunch, but we stopped in for breakfast - it was excellent! Fresh-made from the small menu, or made-to-order. A quaint storefront with friendly service. Would happily recommend!
Lunch is a great little stop for breakfast, brunch, or lunch when in Bat Harbor. The owner is friendly, helpful, and obviously hardworking. We could tell our sandwich was made with care just by the way the ingredients were layered. If you’re not on the go, spends some time in the cozy atmosphere they’ve designed while enjoying the view of the park.
If you are visiting bar harbor, the visitor center, or taking the bus to the national park from Village Green, this is the place to get lunch. Great menu. Fresh ingredients. Awesome service. Highly recommend for eat in or picnic on the green.
