I came specifically for the blueberry pie which someone I met said was amazing. It certainly lived up to it's hype. I would highly recommend getting the pie from here, it was the best one I tried while I was traveling around on vacation. The crust was buttery, delicious and the blueberries were fresh.
We were two very hungry cyclists that came in right as the cafe was closing and our waitress very kindly checked with the kitchen and was able to get us sandwiches made. The turkey bacon melt sandwiches were heavenly and gave us fuel to make it the last 20 miles to home! Thank you so much for making our day!!
Amazing food and amazing service, especially the home made pies. We tried one and before we knew it we ordered all three. Didn’t matter how full we were they were that good. Jessica (waitress) was amazing. Very patient and accommodating. Would 100% stop here again when in town.
Wonderful gem in Southwest Harbor. Hands down the best apple and blueberry pie we have had. We had lunch. The menu offered a big variety of options for everyone. The clam chowder was wonderful. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed our food. Definitely wished we had time to come back.
Dinner for 6 on a holiday weekend was accomplished with good humor and home style cooking. Family owned and run, now relocated to a larger space, entering the town of Southwest Harbor. A number of food items, such as the lobster rolls, have their own little flavor twist of specialness. Wonderful macaroons are worth the trip just by themselves. Maine blueberry pie a la mode was thick with blueberries and big enough for large appetites. Recommended!
