“So it IS a nice little deli - dining atmosphere is quite pleasant, staff are friendly - BUT be prepared to pay a LOT for LITTLE. The taste of the food is actually decent, but to pay an average of $12 for a little sandwich and a sub par pickle is borderline ludicrous. Yes, cost of food and supplies have gone up, but I have paid the same if not more at other local sandwich establishments and not felt I just got robbed.”

“This should be an all around five star experience. Excellent service, unforgettable meal, fabulous decor. It’s certainly Central Maine’s best restaurant and would be excellent even by Portland standards. Only one reason I won’t give it five stars and that is because they have the worlds must uncomfortable dining chairs. Unless you are seven feet tall, your legs are not going to be long enough for back support. I’m 6 feet and I had about of 3/4 of a foot of space between me and the back of the chair. Was the rest of the dinning experience worth the back pain? Absolutely! Will I be back? Without a doubt!”

“Today Starbucks was inundated with customers. There was a line of cars so deep it was out of the parking lot and into the street. I went inside to place my order and the line was also extensive. Committed to caffeine infusion, I remained, placed my order. The barristers were cordial and provided excellent service. I was impressed by the online application, which I noted that many customers entered, picked up their order, while I waited. This streamlined process is proven to work on this day. Three cheers to the barristers who worked nonstop, please show them your appreciation for excellent service with a gratuity, they deserve it. ?”

“I was so happy to hear Amato's had come to Waterville and the first time i ordered a ham Italian it was delicious! A few weeks later my boyfriend and i bought two of them. The roll was not as fresh as the first one and they both had way too much oil!! We were disappointed but we will try them again! If we're not satisfied, we just will not go back! Ive always said Amato's makes the best Italians in Maine but this last experience was very disappointing!”

“Eric's catered our wedding and we were so happy with them. Cyndie, the banquet coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with during the planning process. The food and service at the reception were very good and we have gotten many compliments. We also rented our linens from them, which was very convenient - and everything was so incredibly reasonably priced. During the week of the wedding, one of my parents was unexpectedly hospitalized and unable to attend. When Eric, the chef, found this out, he went out of his way to help ensure everything went smoothly. We really felt like the Eric's crew went above and beyond for us and are very grateful they were part of our wedding day.”
