Very interesting place to stay with a cool vintage vibe. It was in a great location in Camden and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed their happy hour drink and hors d’oeuvres specials. Only complaint was that the room we stayed in (Florence) was right outside the dining area and entrance to the building so you could hear people talking and eating, which was a little odd. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.
Beautiful Inn with very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the room was very hot and the thermostat did not seem to do anything. We had a hard time sleeping because of the city bell that went off every hour.
We enjoyed our a Honeymoon night out at the Hartstone. The beef tenderloin and the pork chop plate with garlic potatoes were perfection! Ofcourse the Chocolate Souffle was heaven! As always we are everything and left full and completely satisfied!
A wonderful Inn with the atmosphere of an older era. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated with authentic antiques that adds a special touch to the experience. The food is great and the in house chef very talented. Service is very friendly. We’ll be back
We have now visited the Hartstone twice, and will definitely be back for a third. Rooms are beautiful (We have stayed in 3 total) and comfortable, its location is fantastic, and price vs. value can not be beaten. The food, service, and entire stay both times were extremely memorable. The owners take incredible pride in every aspect of your stay (we always eat every meal with them but lunch when visiting) and can't wait to visit again this winter, or next summer.
