“This is Bowdoinham's one and only store (the closest alternative is about 15 minutes away), so it would be the first choice for those of us who live here... if only they had more to offer than empty shelves :-( I'm rating 3 stars (instead of 1) because the people who work here, including the owner, are great people. I always enjoy the friendly conversations that I have with whomever is working when I visit, but unfortunately, my primary reason for visiting is to buy stuff and rarely am I able to find what I'm looking for (or even something close to what I'm looking for). Since moving here over a year ago, the stock has gone from basic to almost non-existent. It's sad to see because this store has great potential and the locals would love to spend alot more money here... if only there was something worth buying. I hope things turn around. I really do. I'd hate to see the store go out of business, but unless there's an effort made to improve the store's offerings, customers will have no choice but to go elsewhere.”

“Wonderful pub with great atmosphere. Our lunch today was cooked to perfection with super fresh ingredients. The selection of beer, quality of food and friendly staff will make this our local "go to" place! The menu, as a new business, is limited...but what the do, they do VERY well.”
