Hoping that this place gets better over time!
We tried to order over the phone (or at least get a sense of how busy things were), but could not get through. My husband then drove over only to be told that they weren't taking any new orders for another 20 minutes. After milling about for a while, he finally ordered the food, but was told it was a 40 minute wait to actually get it; if someone could've either picked up the phone, or if they could figure out a way to do mobile/online ordering, some of these issues could be easily bypassed.
The food itself was... OK. The burgers were small and not anything to write home about, and the chili cheese fries were pretty basic. We also got two different kind of hotdogs and both consisted more of the toppings than anything else (picture standard thin hotdog in a standard bun, but with a giant pile of slaw on top).
Realistically, this is still a pretty new place, so it's understandable that they are dealing with some growing pains. If they improve over time, we would definitely consider going back someday!
For now, Gravy and Earl's are far better options in the area, IMO.

First of all Congratulations on the opening of your resteraunt. As a first time customer was so excited to see a place like this in South Berwick. The first thing i need to say is, to call in was a convenience that i was looking for..Well never got to experience that..Just kept going to voicemail.
When i walked in plenty of people available to answer phones.
My order was screwed up. Food was ok. I just think things shouldbe run a little different. And helpful hint..You should open later and stay open later than 8pm. I will give thos place another shot.

Berwick.

My husband and i decided to try Lee Frank's tonight for the first time. Super excited since there are not many food places in South Berwick. I want to start off by saying that the food is decent. But there were a few things that we found disappointing as a first time customer. We called several times to see if we could order ahead of time but all we kept getting was the voice-mail. So we gave up and my husband drove there to put the order in. He said the place was busy but also observed that at least 1 out of the 3 girls working up front could have easily been answering phones. He orders 3 cheeseburgers made 3 different ways, chili cheese fry, chili cheese dog, and a few other things. 2 out of 3 cheeseburgers were made incorrectly and one of them was cooked super rare. The chili dog did not come with cheese, not sure what happened there? This place has potential, but definitely needs workers who can pay attention to detail and also care about the job they do. We would definitely give this place another shot, for sure. Maybe next time will be a different experience...

Wife and I got a single and double cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, onion rings, a Chicago dog, a N.Y. dog and a chocolate milkshake.
Excellent smashburgers! The chili on the cheese fries was very tasty. The onion rings had a nice crispy texture to the batter and was served with ranch. The Chicago dog was very good and the NY dog was also very good. The milkshake went perfectly with all of it.
Timely and very courteous service, competitively priced, and the environment inside felt warm and inviting. Looking forward to more meals there!
