Our first order came to the counter incorrect, went up to the counter the second time to have the item corrected, they did better they got both items correct, proceeded to ketchup station where one of the dispensers was empty, mentioned to the lady behind the counter she acknowledged my request but then walked back to here conservation with the behind the counter. Having been in the food service industry, if things were quite then that is opportunity to sweep, clean tables, fill condiments, we saw none of that this evening just a lot of noise, laughter and chattering. Which is all good and fine if the work was done.
Five Guys is the best. There food is really good and fresh. I have told people they need to try it out. I say for myself and other people would love to see one of your stores to come to Sanford Maine.
Thank you
Good, but for first visit cashier didn't fill me in on how to order. Our burgers were mostly bare. Then the fries which were crispy, delicious but too heavily salted.
The burgers were cooked well but very sloppy. Ketchup all over outside of bun and dripping down the side of burger bun. The restaurant was pretty dirty and so was the bathroom. Fries were just okay...wish their fries were a little crisper and not so mushy.
This Five Guys location is exactly what you would expect from a Five Guys. Semi-fast service for freshly made food. Everything is made to order and the burgers are always juicy and delicious. I am giving it four out of five stars for the fact that every time I leave with a bag that has fries in it, the bag is a mess. The grease saturates the bag and they put so many fries in that it typically covers the burger and everything is coated in grease. I'm not really sure what the solution is to this problem, but it's one that Steak and Shake, the Shake Shack, and Evolution Burger have figured out.
