Portland Pie Company - Biddeford

Nice place overall. The food was good for the most part. The pizzas were better than the sandwich, which was really dry and had very little meat on it. The place had a nice dining area and clean restrooms. Our server was friendly and he gave good service. The parking lot is fairly small and seems to fill up quickly, but you can find paid parking across the street.

I ordered through Doordash, when I got my pizza I was upset because there was almost no cheese on it.

I called them and they explained to me that the particular way I ordered my pizza included fresh mozzarella, which they don't put a lot of (probably due to cost). I realized and apologized and told them then it's my own fault as I didn't do enough research before ordering, and I was prepared to call it as just inattentiveness by me, however, Phil, the manager, STILL offered to replace the pizza free of charge, even though it was my fault!

Killer service and my food was awesome. I will definitely be doing more business here in the future!

I would hate to give this place a low rating. The food here has always been delicious and filling. I haven't had any problems with the staff. I did come here on a Saturday evening and it was extremely busy. I saw many orders go out. My family and I ordered one pizza and it took around 50 minutes to get to us. We understand it was busy but I feel 50 minutes for a pizza was unnecessary. People who were seated after us had gotten their food before us, and most of it was pizza. When we got the pizza it tasted delicious and it was worth the wait, I guess.
