“I give the ocean roll 5 stars. The ocean roll is like a small restaurant on wheels and their food is very delicious. They are parked on the corner of Route 1 and Ross Road in Kennebunk Maine. In a red white van. A friend and I stopped by there to get a couple of clam baskets. And you know what that is french fries with fried clams and they was delicious. And I guess I'm not the only one that thought so. As we enjoy the meal on Labor Day weekend. Vehicles kept on driving into the lot and there was a line of people ordering food the whole time we was there. And that says a lot. They also have a restroom i n another trailer. They also have outside seating picnic tables and umbrellas. What a nice place.”

“On vacation in Maine we were searching for someplace to eat for dinner without a long wait. It was my husband‘s birthday and we really wanted a nice meal. After driving for over an hour we were able to locate 50 Local on the internet. To my surprise they had an opening to seat us within 15 minutes of my phone call. Our table was ready when we walked in 10 minutes early. Our meal was absolutely delicious, clearly everything was fresh. “We stopped in for a snack on our drive from Acadia to Boston. The waterside location is scenic, and the restored location is comfortable and quaint. Our pulled pork quesadilla was loaded with meat, included a tangy and tasty BBQ sauce, and was complemented well with a sweet pineapple-based salsa. Absolutely, Flo's has the relish, but Hot Diggity Dog has toasted rolls, steamed dogs, a wide array of toppings (including a really good sweet relish!) and a few signature dogs too. There is parking available. Dog friendly as long as they don't stand on the tables. Definitely a must stop on your next vacation.”

Everything is cooked fresh with quality ingredients, so it wasn't out super quick, but they were very gracious about us taking a few minutes past close to eat. I'm glad we chose to go here. “This restaurant has decent service, and it appears to be family-owned. I ordered the Maine blueberry pancakes, which were huge and definitely packed with a heaping helping of wild blueberries. The bacon that came with it was crisp to perfection. My kids also ordered a regular pancake, which was also huge. I would have loved to try the coconut French toast, which seemed really appetizing. overall, the price was not bad --it was about average to perhaps a bit on the higher side. For instance, the price of the coffee seemed a bit high, especially since the coffee was not very strong. My only other gripe is that parking was a bit difficult. There are very few spots out front, and we luckily found a small spot on the back, but parking was not plentiful there either. I wasn't disappointed, but I have had better breakfast in the area. I'd still recommend this if you happen to be staying close by.”
