The new ownership and upgrades to the atmosphere are just terrific. I have eaten there 3 times this summer after I discovered this hidden treasure and if it wasn’t closing for the season soon I’d be back a few more times! Can’t wait till next season.

We have veen coming to this place every year foe the past 3 years; its just DELICIOUS ; the best lobster roll i’ve ever tasted so so good. Aussi ils sont HYPER genereux et le lobster goutait super bon et il etait moelleux bref 10000/1000

The food was great, fresh and generous, but above all its the quality du service that stole the show. Staff was friendly and seemed authentically happy to be there. The experience at this place made my day!

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, not to mention some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. I have had a lot of lobster in my life and this place was just exceptional. Not only was the food great, but it had amazing prices, especially for being smack dab downtown. $24 amazing lobster roll, can’t beat it. Get the lobster roll dinner, the tater tots were probably the best tots I’ve ever had! And the seating/dining area is adorable, comfortable, and new. Customer service was amazing, happiest staff who treat you so well. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t amazing about this place. Don’t consider going anywhere else for a lobster roll!

Delicious, fresh and a generous portion. The guys running it were awesome, really nice. Seems like it lives up to the “from trap to table” slogan. Give this place a chance if you’re looking for a lobster roll!

What first caught our eye was the outdoor seating and cute decor/vibes. We checked out the menu and ordered the lobster roll dinner + haddock sandwich. Both exceeded our expectations and were delicious! Ingredients are fresh and the quality is evident in the taste. Staff was so sweet and friendly. Our favorite lunch at OOB.
