“Best restaurant view in the entire city. I think some of the food may be frozen, which is odd for a restaurant on the coast, at least as far as seafood goes. The drinks are great, pricey but normal for the area. Atmosphere is great! Staff is friendly! Steep food prices, Didn’t expect to spend near 100$ on appetizers and one adult drink & 3 childrens beverages…”

“Stayed on a Monday night. Room was clean and comfortable, enough towels provided. The whole place was VERY quiet in the evening. Easy parking. Beach access & chairs are great and a cool pool/lawn area. Staff were friendly and housekeeping did a great job. There is a water and ice machine right out front. Couple of notes. Cost for parking after check out is $15 for the day, you can use their bathrooms though so it's better than other places. Cost for a guest to park is $25 for the day. Cost per person in the room after two is $15 (our booking only showed the price for two people I guess - so we paid $395/night). Snack bar is convenient - $10 for grilled cheese, nachos w/ tub of dip, $3.50 for ice cream sandwich, $14 for margarita, etc. Will definitely stay here again. Very very clean and quiet compared to other places I have stayed in OOB. 4 stars just due to the cost for the value.”

“Tacos were so fresh and tasty. Homemade tortillas, guacamole was limey and delicious, and the meat was cooked fresh too. I love and appreciate traditional toppings on tacos so this was my absolute jam. I’d skip the pizza and fries on the beach for a few tacos and guacamole any day!”

“Mostly I want to shout-out to Ron the mechanic, very good mechanic...and honest as the day is long additionally his skills in my opinion are unparalleled. very thoughtful helped me choose a great car, kinda held my hand through the whole purchasing of a used vehicle situation. His diagnostic skills have no equal he's fast and extremely competent you can't go wrong taking your vehicle to him. Will take any vehicle to him without hesitation he will steer you right.”

“Stopped at Definitive beer garden on a cloudy afternoon and was the perfect way to spend a less than perfect beach day. Beers are excellent (I tried multiple sours, a Kolsch, and their hard seltzer). There is food there as well and my lobster roll and apple slaw were tasty. Definitely more my style of place to hang as I’m not much for the boardwalk and ending up staying there for several hours and even went back the next day. Derek is awesome! So chill, knowledgeable, and helpful. I thank Definitive for making my short Maine trip awesome!”

“Was driving around looking for on-street parking to get to the beach - meters were right in front of this spot. Perfect. Noticed a small line, which is always a hint of a good food stop so I hopped in line just before 8am. Great quick breakfast sandwich, but get here early. Even on a Saturday morning post Labor Day/basically out of tourist season the line got deep fast after 8am. Staff member was outside taking orders for people who knew what they wanted to speed up the line (inside is very tight). Ordered a sausage egg and cheese with a black ice tea to go. Under $9 and 10 minute wait. Proceeded to walk 2 minutes to the beach and enjoy my breakfast in peace. For the price, quality, and proximity to the beach this was a solid find.”

“Had a great time! Excellent pub style food with a twist! Restaurant is gorgeous with huge tvs and the bar is breathtaking! Large assortment of local beers on tap, and a full bar.
