First off we love the food and ambiance of Merriland Farm, we have been at least 10 times over the years. Two things the service consistently disappoints as it is slow and in this case our server was curt and a bit rude, compounding this was our server writing in her tip amount on our bill which is very ridiculous. The last thing the longtime hostess is always so frazzled and overwhelmed consistently that she ends up being a bit rude and slow. It’s good food but the service leaves much to be desired
A beautiful setting for having breakfast al fresco... Generous portions, all four of us ordered the daily special of raspberries on top of French toast, and all agreed it was wonderful!
Had a lovely lunch/brunch here and everything was fabulous! Drinks were tasty and had a lot of variety. EVERY person's meal had huge portions for fair prices, I got double the food I would have expected and it was all delicious! Lovely atmosphere, we sat on the patio and the surrounding scenery is very nice. Highly recommend!
What a fantastic place for breakfast out in the middle of nowhere on your way out of Kennebunkport. The breakfast portions are huge and most come covered with delicious fresh fruit. The homemade muffins can be grilled and should be a must-have item.
This farm style cafe feels very homey that create a very relaxing eating environment. The design of the restaurant is just a big farm style home, very welcoming, cozy. In the fall/winter, they had their fireplaces turned on and felt just like eating brunch at home with family and friends like on a Sunday morning. We ordered Irish eye and baked blueberry French Toast. The serving size for both of the dishes were big and they tended to be just a little heavy at the end.
