The York River Landing

What a pleasant experience and great location too. We pulled in on a whim to let the traffic subside ...best decision we made all day. Had an incredible meal great view ( I could see both US-1 & 95 from our table) so I knew when it was time to leave. Great beer selection & amazing food. Waitstaff was courteous and friendly, as were many of the patrons too.

Definitely going back soon. Great little find and a relaxing way to cap off a busy day. Thank You York River Landing. We'll be back!!!

I enjoyed an awesome meal hand ranks on the deck facing the river. Our waitress was phenomenal views are exceptional and prices are worth it. Definitely going back!

Beautiful building, food was good. I just had it repeat on me the rest of the day. My fiance's burger was well done when he asked for medium. Fries were extra crispy.

We had an awesome time here this evening. Samantha did a FABULOUS job waiting on us. She was attentive and had a great sense of humor. We had the scallops, baked haddock, salmon, fish tacos and steak tips. All were good! The only tweak would be to cook the green beans a little more, and the mixed drink was a bit weak for the price. We were celebrating a birthday and Samantha even went outside to the ice cream shack to get my husband chocolate ice cream!!! We will certainly be back!

I’ve been here a bunch of times on my own but this was my first time as a family. We were fortunate enough to get right in. Having worked in a a number of kitchens during my college years, my expectations were low when I saw how packed the parking lot was and knowing how York gets in the summer. To my surprise we got right in and we’re seated by a very sweet young hostess working at her own request on crutches. We were all impressed at her work ethic and shared with my Daughters Z & E how and why we were impressed with this in today’s generation.

Our waitress “Samantha” was as genuine and Charming as any waitress we’ve ever had and instantly engaged with my very shy children. Didn’t hurt that she laughed at a lame “Dad” joke but we got our food and drink in a very timely manner and I had never had their Caesar salad before but both my wife and I thought it was one of the better ones we had had anywhere. We both had steak on top of the salad and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. All in all a very very good dining experience and I will certainly bring the family here before trying to get some place close to the beach. And thanks again Samantha for being a fantastic Waitress.
