Maggiano's Little Italy

Originally made reservations for another place that was unable to properly handle our large party of 15 people. Maggiano's, on the other hand, was more than capable to handle our party. With their family style meal we all ate so much delicious food with plenty of leftovers to take home. They were also able to alter most of the foods for a dietary restriction one person in our group had. Not to mention, the lovely wait staff who made sure our drinks were always full and that we were very happy. In conclusion, Maggiano's revived the disaster we faced at the other restaurant and really made my birthday great!

My boyfriend and I decided to do a reservations for date night since we don’t go out often, PAIGE IS THE ONE you would want to serve you and your company! She made date an amazing experience with her glowing personality. Great vibes and also a great girl !

I had lunch at the Annapolis Mall location today with my friend to celebrate her birthday. I was greeted at the door by the same smiling face that has greeted me before, she is always pleasant. Escorted us to a booth so we could begin our celebration. Our server Katie was very attentive and pleasant. She refilled my beverage and insured we had everything we needed.
We did not order dessert because it is my friends birthday and there was cake in her future.
Katie returned with a beautiful Birthday dish of cookies, strawberry and candles with Happy Birthday written in chocolate.
Then before we left the Managing Partner Ahilan stopped by with a birthday card for my friend. We had a wonderful chat and that chat showed me why my experience was 5 star. He believes and manages his location honoring not just customer service but hospitality. I will be back with family, friends and co-workers because I felt welcomed and appreciated.

The food is real good. The atmosphere is super casual. It reminds me of an old time Italian restaurant you see in the movies. The service was decent but it was a small wait for not being busy. I am not disappointed for the wait because good food takes time. And I have to say, the food was GOOD. The take home deal was awesome.
