Acqua al 2 - Annapolis

Great experience overall! We were excited to experience a new restaurant in Annapolis. Fantastic ambiance and decor.

Service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive, which was impressive particularly on a busy Friday night.

The non-alcoholic drinks were wonderful and refreshing. Bread and olive oil at the table were tasty, as was the beef carpaccio. My tagliatelle was delicious— the ragú had a wonderful flavor profile and the pasta was cooked perfectly. My husband’s Gorgonzola gnocchi was good, but for whatever it’s worth, we felt like it was a bit strong on the gorgonzola and needed another ingredient to balance it out.

The desserts were absolutely incredible. The tiramisu was lovely, and the panna cotta was an absolute show stopper! This was a great way to celebrate a birthday and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

This was the perfect venue for my wedding reception. It's a short walk from the Courthouse and the historic building is beautiful. All food and service was excellent for my dinner guests. Their event coordinator is on-point and responsive. The food was cooked perfectly. Everything went smoothly, and that is important for a day with so many details to coordinate. Everyone please try the pasta melanzane, the blueberry filet mignon, the mushroom risotto, and the arancini. You will be delighted 💯💯💯

Excellent choice and a refreshing addition to Annapolis dining. Atmosphere is unique - feels a bit like Old Town with the brick interior - very comfortable, warm and a bit dark. Food is top notch - we tried the fresh pastas (a meal at a reasonable price). Excellent wine list both by the bottle and by the glass. Service was very good - quite attentive with multiple people working our table. Add to this a top notch bar and this may be our new go to place downtown.

Wow! Came without a reservation and the front of house staff were super kind and accommodating. Shared the pasta sampler and steak sampler. Our waiter made a great wine recommendation that paired with everything we ate. Service was some of the best i have ever had in my life! There was such care and attention, I felt like a guest over a patron. It's price tag is more than reasonable for the food, service, and ambiance. I am so grateful for everyone who works here. You not only nourished my body, you fed my soul. Grazie mille 💖

Went to Acqua’s soft opening Thursday night and you could feel the energy and excitement in the staff from the moment you walk in. The environment felt warm and welcoming from the get go, starting right at the host stand and continuing on through the initial contact with the waitress and on to the managers stop by to thank us for coming in. The pasta I had (picture attached) was honestly the best I have ever had! The gentleman in charge of keeping our water glasses full and table clear of dirty plates was incredibly on the ball and really left us impressed! We can’t wait to return to Acqua!
