“Angel in the drive through just makes a difference. Her customer service stands out. It was the simple question of “how is your day going” that stood out from any other Starbucks or coffee shop I’ve been to. I will be a regular here and I can’t wait to experience the wonderful customer service.”

“It's a great diner with everyday groceries you can buy. It's right in Eastport and an easy to walk to if you are by boat. I would not recommend the Taco special. Unfortunately it was inedible. However most of their meals are good.”

“The ladies were so gracious yesterday with helping me get my breakfast sandwich in the evening as well as get a new to me drink. I ordered a Dragon Fruit lemonade (I believe it is) and asked for no ice. She accidentally forgot the "no ice" and made up for it so sweetly. Pun intended and thank you loads ladies. They both were caring, kind and deserve a lunch on their manager.”

“Good variety of crepes, the veggie crepe was excellent! Limited places to sit and eat - only outside. They do a decent job wrapping the crepes so you can walk around and eat by the harbor. Caution when walking around with a crepe containing syrup, it is gonna leak!!!”

“Dunkin donuts is a chain store so you should know what to expect. This wan had particularly slower service. From the outside this location appears really neat. It has that old town Annapolis vibe. The food was delicious, but dunkin always has great food. I never been dissatisfied about their donuts and the coffee gets me zooming. Great price as well.”

“Ihave always loved Reynolds tavern and the tea and food is to die for. Everything is so nice and the waiters are amazing. I had afternoon tea. The food was delicious and they can also do vegetarian options. I had a cucumber sandwich in an egg salad sandwich with some desserts and a plain scone with raspberry jam and clotted cream. I was very very happy with what I got and I definitely be coming back. All together I was very happy and the experience was perfect I rate this place five stars and I will be coming back. This is one of many times I've been here and I'm always happy with it.”

“As regular patrons at love music events, we absolutely love the atmosphere, food and drink. The non-alcoholic London Fog tea is a personal favorite. Excellent beer and wine selection, and wonderful mixed drinks. The art shows are always a hit. The acoustics in the music room are great and the intimacy with the artists makes for an entertaining night”

“Excellent small plates restaurant with a local-centric food focus. Have eaten here a couple of times and found the food to be consistently well executed. Great size to share plates around the table. The craft beer selection is very good, cocktails well made also. Quickly becoming a favorite Annapolis destination for us.”

“I've been here twice now for brunch - enjoyed both times! Their homemade jam is the star of the show for my girlfriend and I (make sure to try it). Staff is great and food is good. Not too many vegetarian options but their protein scramble is pretty nice!”

“The only reason this restaurant doesn't get 5 stars is because there is an expectation with "the best restaurant in Maryland" which gives it expectations to live up to. With that said, Miss Shirley's does a fantastic job catering to customers dietary restriction and allergies. I gladly bring my allergic-to-everything, gluten-intolerant, vegan friends here, knowing they will find something tasty on the menu and my eat-everything-ever friends will not be disappointed or left hungry. I certainly like the menu variety, the playful twist on classic breakfast items. The only things I don't like: Prices and lack of reservations. For a 20-30$ breakfast, I find it's a bit steep and makes this restaurant a treat, rather than a regular occurrence (but you're paying for quality; not to mention, with lines out the door, I suspect they have no reason to lower prices to draw a crowd.) And to my second point: Miss Shirley's does not take reservations; this is an inconvenience when arriving hungry, seeing and smelling what sweet and savory specials they have to offer, only to be teased for an hour waiting. I feel Miss Shirley's is a high enough caliber restaurant to offer reservations to streamline the customer waiting experience. But, all in all, it is worth it to try. The food is clearly made in house, with interesting and tasty combinations I never thought possible. The kitchen does an incredible job balancing sweet and savory and the wait staff goes out of their way to make sure the dining experience is perfect... I just wish the wait experience was also more perfect. Would highly recommend, and would very much go back.”

“Went here with some friends to order a cake from the catering company that's next to the restaurant and owned by the same people. The lunch was delicious and the restaurant seems to have been recently renovated, which was nice. The decor was fresh and welcoming.”

“Fantastic little neighborhood coffee cafe. They make a very respectable latte and have an enjoyable atmosphere in which to enjoy it. I’ve had a number of their soups and have always been pleasantly surprised by how good they are. Sometimes most of the tables are taken up by folks “working” solo but there are also some nice options outside.”

“Great service. Coffee was made perfectly to order. Gentlemen taking my order forgot do charge me for the extra espresso shot. When he noticed, he just smiled and said no worries, no charge. I appreciate when those little things happen”
