Giving credit where credit is due...I ate here a few months ago with a buddy in the bar area during a football game and I would have rated 5 stars. Today, my wife and I were seated as soon as as we walked in and our waitress Ashley got our drinks and food order right away. 38 minutes later, I see a woman at a table near us get up.and speak to a manager...they had waited over an hour with two small children and hadn't gotten their food yet. 10 minutes later we still don't have our food and Ashley tells us they had a large party in the back. I ordered a cheeseburger and my wife a salad. 45 minute wait at a Turtle is unacceptable. I couldn't even be upset that my burger was undercooked, was just too hungry to send it back. Hit or miss, I guess! EDITED 3/12/19. I received a call from the GM who earnestly apologized and even remembered me from my visit 3 months prior! He sent me a full refund for my meal via gift card and I'll be back this weekend to "test" the staff again! Thank you Green Turtle for keeping your word!

Hit and miss on food quality, service. You may go here and get fresh, hot, delicious food with excellent service. You might also get old/stale/cool food or salad that has obviously been sitting under a heat lamp.

Average happy hour deals. They have quick bar service usually.

Service was attentive. Staff was nice as well. Food was prepared well. Had the lunch special cheeseburger... It was perfect. Will return.

Staff is always friendly and on a first name basis. Service is polite, accurate and on time. Mistakes might happen in any kitchen but here, if an order gets mixed up it's handled quickly and professionaly; management is always making sure the customer is satisfied. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the last couple of years and have only had positive experiences. I've been in on busy weekend evenings, slow weekday nights, and in the morning; it's always good and I'll keep going back.

It had been a while since our last visit so we decided to try GT again. Beer was cold, so that's a plus. Service at the bar was fine. The crab soup was not good at all- no crab to be found, which was disappointing. I've had the crab soup at another GT location, and found it to be quite good. The pizza looked good but the sauce was nasty. Fortunately my apple and pecan salad was great. Food at this location is often disappointing. The last time I dined here we were unable to locate any chicken in the entire plate of buffalo chicken nachos. We won't be in a hurry to go back for food here anytime soon, which is a shame because it's close to home and I have very much enjoyed the food at other locations.
