“So we prefer this McDonald's over other ones in the area because we genuinely have better service and food here at this one. Tonight my husband and I went in to pick up an order. We're in front of the registers and an employee pointed out to another employee that she had a customer. I'm not sure where, at any fast food place, that it's acceptable to turn around look at the customer and then turn back around and ignore them. So thanks to the guy who actually helped me and Rita needs a class in customer service because she fails. Miserably.”

“What can I say? This cafe is a hidden gem in Pasadena. It is located in the YMCA Gym. Customer Service has always been amazing. I love the smoothies, especially after a workout in the YMCA. Prices are like Starbucks. The prices are reasonable. I will be coming back.”

“Great convenient location,and definitely one of the most cleanest and friendly McDonald's I've been to since the 1980s.. it always has a nice feel there because it's always filled with all the very nice retired senior citizens, you are always the most kindest nicest people you can talk to.. I really enjoy sitting in there any afternoon or especially around 8 p.m. at night very nice conversations with them..most of them are older and lonely and just looking for someone to talk to.. but again this is a very clean McDonald's 5***** Stars”

“Very clean and new. Had nice toy for kids in meal. You can get your own cup and drink refills. Only bad part is they need a kids play place. I think every McDonald's should have a kids play zone it promotes exercise and creates fun while eating and a place for Mom to relax”
