Über Bagels & Deli

I love this bagel shop. Great bagels sandwiches and spreads… but you have to get there early in the day for certain items because they run out fast! I agree with several reviewers that you should try to order online but be warned they have to shut that down when it gets too busy at the shop!

UPDATED because the owner reached out and was extremely kind and apologized. Changed to 4 stars because the bagels really are fantastic. I appreciate the outreach and we will give it another try.

Delicious bagels, absolutely terrible customer service. We went to Uber bagels for the first time last weekend. Came in about 20 minutes before closing, staff was staggeringly rude but I get it, they were ready to be done. Bagels were banging though so we went back today for breakfast. No excuse this time, it was 10am and prime bagel time. Staff was incredibly rude particularly to my kid, who was literally just standing there. Two stars because the bagels are truly delicious but I have too much respect for myself to ever go back here. Maybe they don’t like children? But also, who cares? It’s a business and kids are human so maybe train your staff not to be openly hostile to them.

Excellent bagels. - best I’ve found in all of Severna park/GB/Pasadena. Pro-tip: order online before you go. They are very popular especially on the weekend. When you arrive your bagels will be waiting on a table in the middle of the shop with your name on it. No wait at all…

I worked at a bagel shop in Annapolis for 5 years and I have to say Uber Bagels was pretty damn good. Definitely coming back!

So, we love the food here! The bagels are great and the variety of offerings mean that anyone can find something they'd like!

But, it's a time waster.

The staff are clearly trying to keep up, but they need more help. It took an hour (ordered online before coming to pick up) to get three peoples order. This is not the first time. Come during off hours or when you have time to spare.
