“The restaurant is very lively with it very full of people coming and going, sounds of a busy kitchen, and music. The dining room is painted very brightly and is well lit. They make up for their small dining room with extremely fast service, cycling through customers with great efficiency. Lastly, everything we had was good, with no mix ups in any orders. I can't wait to try this places breakfast!”

“UPDATED because the owner reached out and was extremely kind and apologized. Changed to 4 stars because the bagels really are fantastic. I appreciate the outreach and we will give it another try. Delicious bagels, absolutely terrible customer service. We went to Uber bagels for the first time last weekend. Came in about 20 minutes before closing, staff was staggeringly rude but I get it, they were ready to be done. Bagels were banging though so we went back today for breakfast. No excuse this time, it was 10am and prime bagel time. Staff was incredibly rude particularly to my kid, who was literally just standing there. Two stars because the bagels are truly delicious but I have too much respect for myself to ever go back here. Maybe they don’t like children? But also, who cares? It’s a business and kids are human so maybe train your staff not to be openly hostile to them.”

“There seems to be 3 employees. Need more employees one is serving every one and also running the register. The 2nd employee was only preparing online orders, 3rd was cooking. It took 30 min to stand in line and to order. On a lunch break that does not allow much time to eat and drive back to work. I’ve had to leave twice without ordering in last month, it took too long. Food is great. Staff is friendly.”
