Red Lobster

Went on Valentine's Day for take out so the wait was super long. Ole girl had us waiting for 1 hr for some biscuits. I had to get someone else to get them for me. Other than that the food was good. The service is usually good too it's just that it was a holiday so it was packed.

We came back to yet another 5 star experience. Shaheid was our server this time, and we were impressed once again with fantastic service.

We had an amazing experience. Dined in on 10/1/17 and had Ray as our server. He did well with the kids and ensured we had a great overall experience.

The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The food (most important part) was fantastic. It was prepared well and looked as good as it tasted.

I've lived in the are for quite some time, and this Red Lobster location is and landmark feature. You can access it from 795 from the Owings Mills town center exit, without so much as having to touch a traffic light.

If you're in the area and want some good food, stop here.

The food was okay. Our appetizers tasted a bit watery but the entrees were satisfactory. The three star review is due to the lack of customer service displayed by the staff. I was terribly disappointed with state of the restroom and the restaurant in it's entirety. The lack of urgency the front staff displayed with getting my party seated, taking our orders, and checking to ensure we were satisfied with our meal was ridiculous. I could go into more detail, but I'll just say the Sunday evening crew should be retrained on there specific job responsibilities.

Ordered the shrimp trio and some clam chowder. It was filling. The salad and biscuits are a meal in itself so if you're looking for a good meal without getting stuffed, don't eat the biscuits. Food is always consistent here. The lobster pizza is great.

Quality of the food has decreased since the new owners not to mention the nasty disposition of my waitress. Amazingly i happened to run into my Son and his uncle who were in the other side and the waitress was Phenomenal. All the Waitresses are not nasty just few. Manager JOYCE KIRKPATRICK was and had always been super in all of years. She is excellent and is the only Reason why I eat @ that location. She was awesome! It’s a quick fix for seafood. Please stop changing up so much as soon as we like something it’s removed from the list.
