Jimmy John's

The Italian sub is pretty tasty! It was fast. They were friendly. It was clean. The music wasn't too loud. I was directed to napkins, straws, lids etc. I really wanted some kind of steak and cheese sub but didn't see one on menu board. Not a lot of toppings but, again, my sub was still pretty good. I was comparing to Subway's combo thinking this is a little bit pricey. I realize this is an 8" vs Subway's 6" which makes it about $3 more for 2 inches! Other than that, I was happy with my visit.

They Served really fast, like the advertising

The positives were that the store was clean and food tasted good. But the employees are the reason for this 3 star review. Ive been in other jimmy johns were they greet you when you walk in the door. Not only were we not greeted when we walked in, the cashier just stared at us when we walked up to the register to ordee. After we got our food I asked for some napkins and the employee pointed to them from where he was standing leaving me to reach over the counter and get them myself. Guess I was interrupting their personal conversation in which we heard the f word dropped. Such a shame because no matter how good the food is I am not likely to return with service like this.
