CAVA

Great Mediterranean menu with a twist from the traditional. This place appears to be very trendy and appeared to have a steady flow of customers as I went in. Fortunately for me, most of them were doing take out. I loved the food on the menu - tasted great. The prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. My one hang up with the place was the menu itself. I didn't find it very intuitive as to what the plates were (turns out salads or rice bowls with all of the great Greek flavorings). Instead they seem to be big into floating around the catchy terms of "greens" and "proteins".

I love this place! Its healthy, tastes great, and they seem to try to do some zero waste to help the environment. They have plant starch cutlery, paper straws and recycled bowls. Also whenever I finish eating, I feel energized ( like your suppose to after your full)and my stomach DOESN'T feel bloated or weird afterward. So you know it's good food and healthy. It is quick, easy and I even liked the decor. It is a little pricey, but with what you get and pretty much unlimited toppings, I don't mind the price.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Little confusing with all the choices and such but nonetheless it was great. Come here to eat if you haven't eaten anything for the day or are absolutely hungry/starving.. you won't be disappointed.

A new spot in town!

CAVA has added delicious Mediterranean food to the competitive "create your own" bowl chain. I absolutely love it!

I love being able to pick exactly what I want in my dish and see the fresh ingredients displayed in front of me. I was overwhelmed by the amount of options as it was my first time there.

I overloaded the bowl with everything they offered. I did a Green + Grain bowl with the Braised Lamb. It was the true highlight. For a grab and go type place, for the lamb to be as tender and flavorful as it was I was impressed. Also, I loved every topping they offered. I will absolute go back again and again...so I don't have to jam it all in one bowl.

If you haven't eaten at Cava before you're missing out. Fresh food. Great customer service. The pricing is a little on the higher end but the quality and quantity you get in exchange is definitely worth it. At the very least look at the menu online.
