That was okay because I was in the middle of a great cigar. Sub came in 25 minutes. When I bit into it, all I can say is it was great. Packed and well seasoned. Good job Middle River.”

“The food was hot and delicious. Service was pretty good too. I had the cream of crab soup, fried catfish, mashed potatoes and green beans. The soup and fish were exceptional! The sides were decent too. My husband had a chicken quesadilla loaded with meat and fries, which all looked good that he enjoyed. My daughter had the kid one egg meal and added bacon which she enjoyed as well. We will go again.”

We ordered lomein, orange chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls everything was good, even the usually questionable orange chicken. It tasted "cleaner" and I was not overwhelmed with soy sauce or msg which I really liked. When placing my order over the phone the guy was friendly. When we picked it up they accidentally overcharged us about $1 which was not a big deal, we didnt mention it but they admitted it and gave us 3 can sodas free.”

“We found the food to be quite tasty and the service was friendly and accurate!! We went through the drive thru and we could understand everything that was said, which is a big problem with many drive thru speakers AND personnel! The young man repeated our complete order, clearly and correctly, and made sure that he gave us our total.... plus asked us if we had any questions or corrections. Since this is not an eat-in restaurant and the weather is not warm enough for outside dining, there's only drive thru interaction for service. We got our order quickly, the attitude was polite and friendly, the drinks were cold and the food was hot! We got a special they had advertised for two bacon checker burgers for $5, so we had two orders of those (4) and a medium seasoned fries with two medium sodas. We were impressed with the burgers and their flavor! The size of the burger wasn't much but it tasted wonderfully, the cheese was good, the bacon was crispy, lettuce and tomato slice was fresh, as were the buns as well! The combined flavors were perfect. The seasoned fries were hot and awesome! Probably my favorite fast food fries!! This Checkers probably misses out on some potential sales simply due to its location! If you don't know how to get to it ahead of time, once you see it, you've missed your turn!! It is a little tricky to get to, so make sure that you get familiar with the directions before you get close OR be willing to turn around!! Enjoy! Just a note: it's really nice when the weather is warmer to sit at their patio and make sure you try one of their milkshakes!!! Definitely wonderful! (from previous visits)”

It's close to home very convenient, after being disappointed from several other places I ordered from in the past I have stuck with penny's as my back up when I don't cook or when I am too sick to go to the store and buy groceries! I once was sick in bed with the flu and couldn't hold nothing down nor couldn't cook, I ordered there soup of the day good old ( chicken noodle soup ) they had my favorite and they made it just the way I would have, wasn't salty was just right and I held it down it was awesomely good and was first meal I had in day's! I can't say anything bad as I not had any bad experiences with them! As for price It don't matter to me so long as I am pleased with the food and can't put a price on that although many agree & said they don't like the $2.00 delivery charge, most places don't/won't charge a fee to deliver!! I have loved and enjoyed everything I ordered so far to date, I just placed a order today for there chicken noodle soup & was told on the phone they just made Md crab soup but I stuck with the chicken noodle cuz I had it in the past n knew I wouldn't be disappointed, when they brought my order I found a order of there Md crab soup to try at no cost to me I was shocked but that's just penny's for ya' they go that extra mile for you! I took a bite of the crab soup and it was very good and home made just the way I would have made it! You can order food, wine, beer, cigarettes, soda's, if you never tried them out you won't be disappointed you got my word on it, I love them and the pple working there are very pleasant n kind!
