Best bet to order ahead online..will avoid you coming into the location, cashier taking phone orders while you have been waiting, order food, watch people come in and order after you only to get food before you when they had similar order request. Just order ahead online, the in-store organization is out of sorts.
Food is good though..
I've already enjoy my meals there
Ignore the reviews complaining about how long it takes. Clearly, they do not understand what type of restaurant this is (*Hint: NOT Fast Food).
When I want fresh ingredients, freshly prepared, for my fresh order, I expect to wait a few minutes. My wife and I literally order from this place once-a-week and the food is always consistently delicious. The staff there is so patient with these entitled whiners, so I feel the need to vent for them here.
I usually try to stay away from chain restaurants when it comes to trying ethnic food because of the flavor and the authenticity of the food. But then again, I was briefly in the Quarry Lake Shopping center area and needed something quick and fast to eat before heading home. This California Tortilla branch renders excellent and quick service. From my observation their food appears to be fresh and well prepared. The staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and certainly take pride in their work. The restaurant is quite clean and well decorated. It is wheelchair accessible and has two entrances (one in the front and one at the back; if you happen to park at the back). There not a plenty of parking in the front, however, there plenty at the back. They have plenty of private booth and dining table seating for quiet conversations. I tried their Chief’s California Sunset Bowl upon visit to this restaurant. I enjoyed the selected meal option served to me. The meal was packed with generous amount of fresh vegetables, tasty black beans brown rice, and well-seasoned and grilled mesquite chicken accompanied by freshly sliced avocado priced reasonably. I recommend this restaurant, especially if you are in the mood for something quick, tasty, and fresh.
