My company and I have been planning our annual donor event all year and we wanted it to be perfect. We hired Charles Levine and his team to cater our special event and it was the best decision we made! Charles was very easy to work with from the start of the planning process, changes that needed to be made in the middle and right through to the execution of our big day. His pricing is great and fair for what is being provided. Their food and service is very high-end but in a non-pretentious way. The servers were polite and professional and our event went on without a hitch. We highly recommend Charles Levine Caterers for all of your personal and professional event needs. If you are looking for more than just food then look no further- Charles and his team will provide an experience!

I got married at the George Peabody Library in August 2017 and we selected Charles Levine as our caterer of the three available options. After the first tasting with Charles, we knew that he was the right caterer for us. He and his team were very friendly. He understood the type of wedding that we wanted to have and the flow that we wanted for the cocktail hour and dinner service. We had two tastings with Charles and we tasted our main entree - short ribs - both times. Each time it was served with a delicious sauce and at our final tasting we discussed adding a glaze for the short ribs. The entree was described on our menu as a whiskey glazed short rib. We also talked about one of our guests, a child, who could not eat the short rib with sauce because of dietary restrictions and asked him to prepare one portion for this child without sauce. Imagine our surprise when our entree came out and there was no sauce or glaze on any of the plates. Just the meat and other accompaniments. When the plates came out, they looked like something was missing so it was surprising the the plates were even allowed to leave the kitchen. The sauce would have tied everything together on the plate. Thankfully, the meat was cooked well and very tender, but the entree our guests received was not what we discussed. Several of out guests requested a condiment or sauce, but there wasn’t anything available. Our wedding planner followed up with Charles and his team several times, but we never personally received an apology or any resolution to this issue. The rest of the food was delicious and we had an amazing wedding, but this was an easily avoidable oversight and a low point to an otherwise perfect day.

I attended a Bar Mitzvah on October 28, 2017, catered by Charles Levine Caterers. The event was PHENOMENAL. The decor was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire event as a whole was flawlessly executed. You can definitely tell that attention to detail was a top priority, and seeing all of the other guests having the best time just as much as I was definitely demonstrated how amazing this catering company is.

Having enjoyed this event so much, I cannot see myself using any other caterer for my future events. I am so excited to hold an event in the future and use Charles Levine Caterers as my top choice caterer.

Charles catered my son Zach’s Bar Mitzvah. The food was delicious, the desserts were exactly as we requested. The room was elegant. We received such great feedback and compliments from our guests.

It was comforting for me and my hisbsnd to be able to enjoy the evening knowing that everything was being taken care of.
