Ocean Pride Seafood

My venerable go to seafood restaurant and bar. I came up to my hometown from my adopted hometown of Jupiter FL, and OP still serves up the BEST crab oyster and shrimp entrees sandwiches and appetizers!

Great seafood Gem hidden on York Road. Ocean Pride can accommodate a quick grab and go for lunch or a full seat down family crab gathering. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable, place clean and food consistently good. I normally get the soups or my favorite the crab cake club sandwich or shrimp salad sandwich????????????????.
The have a good seafood menu, with something for everyone even the non seafood folks. Ocean Pride has Bar with tables, carry out and restaurant. Parking lot kind of small but always seems to accommodate its guests.

Restaurant/bar/carry-out. Ordered carry-out half and half crab soup, and crab cake sandwich. For me, I would have like more creaminess and spiciness to the soup. Good-tasting full crab cakes (broiled). Take-out guy very pleasant on phone and in person. For a SUN night, bar was packed.

Great crabs even during the off season. They were so big we couldn't even finish a dozen and a half large. The service was excellent!!

Having heard it had changed hands and improvements made to the food, I found myself dropping in for lunch today. Going over the menu I actually got excited that the food offerings were good.
I was not disappointed. When I heard they were serving a seafood gumbo I ordered. I enjoyed the gumbo so much because it's rare to find. Also their salads are fresh,crisp and bountiful.
Having whet my appetite I then ordered raw clams on the half shell.
The soup was actually served hot, and the salad and clams served cold. I plan to go back soon.
