“These bagels are delicious! The staff is friendly, and you can definitely tell the bagel quality is amazing due to the quality control they possess. I've had many bagels in the area, and they definitely outstand the competition. These bagels are soft and delicious. Not chewy. Also, they have a lot of bagel options too that most shops don't have, such as the Asiago Old Bay bagel (which is not a seasonal flavor), Rosemary, and Cinnamon Sugar. The cream cheese flavor options are awesome, and my favorite part is they have Boar's Head. You can't call yourself a NY bagel & deli shop and not have our staple deli meats. 10/10”

“So the location is kinda weird. This spot is bigger than the usual Dunkin’ Donuts I go to. Everything was clean and organized. The employees were all laughing and smiling. Service they provided was expected. So far I’ve only ordered an iced coffee from them, only issue was that the sugar was completed dissolved. Overall, not bad. I may come back if I’m around Catonsville. It’s the location that’s just weird - I mean, it’s literally along the highway but smack right between homes.”

“Fresh donuts. Lots of variety. The inside was pretty clean. It was pretty close to closing when we stopped in, so you could tell they were winding down for the night. The employees were nice and all were working, doing various jobs. I would have given 5 stars, except that we only ordered 3 donuts and they mixed our order up. We got two of the type that we wanted one of and one of the type we wanted two of. Not too big of a deal, at least they were the flavors we asked for, lol.. All-in-all I would recommend purchasing food from here. I'm very funny about cleanliness in places I get food from, it's my #1 thing, above correct orders, even friendliness. This establishment was pretty clean! And, as I said above, they looked like a friendly hard working crew in there! ????”

If it's your first time there, it can be a little weird because you order at the counter before seating yourself — they will bring your food, but the service is less than what you would get at most restaurants. You have to go request your own refills, for example. Still, a cozy, family-owned establishment with decent food and prices. “I feel badly that anyone has had a bad experience at this restaurant because I am at this store constantly, and I have never had an issue that was not resolved to my liking. The employees at this location go above and beyond for customer service. They even remember my name, and they always ask me how I am doing. I drive way out of my way to come to this specific Dunkin donuts because it is my absolute favorite. Ms.Tabbu especially always remembers my order without having to ask, and she is the sweetest person. (All of the other employees are so sweet and wonderful also.)”

“I Love this little restaurant. The food is outstanding every time. The owner Antonio is wonderful. He has a smile on his face all the time that says, I am happy you are here and happy to make the best meal every time you are here. Antonio loves to cook and it shows. Each time I go this little hideaway, the food is over the top. I leave totally satisfied every time. I always order extra so I will have something to take home. Did I mention the fresh baked goodies. I go for the fresh baked cookies and turnovers ( is they are not sold out). From the very first time I ate here, I felt like I was a part of the family. I enjoy communicating with the staff, because I don’t speak Spanish, yet they always know what I want and can make recommendations that seem to always to be exactly what I wanted. Very cozy little place with a lot of charm. I give them a 10 for friendly staff, a10 on delicious food and a 10 for a charming atmosphere. He took the time to make me feel welcome and talked me through the whole process. He went over the menu and discussed the key concept of Duck Donuts. Husan also spoke of how the location was a franchise and that the owner spent a lot of time there. When I got my donuts they were incredible and tasted very good. I love Reese's and I got the peanut butter perfection come with cheesecake ice cream instead of chocolate and added caramel to it and it was delicious. Just be prepared for either your teeth to start hurting afterwards or possibly an intimate night on the toilet after due to the richness of the cream.
