“We had a wonderful meal at Sammy’s in Hunt Valley. Kudos to the kitchen. The food is excellent. They have some kinks to iron out. We arrived an hour before our dinner reservation to have a couple drinks and catch up with our friends. There were open seats at the bar, yet we weren’t allowed to sit. Seems they allow people to “reserve” seats at the bar and they’ll allow those seats to sit vacant for quite some time while they turn people away. We found it incredibly strange. We waited for people to leave and then took their seats, but unbeknownst to us, they promised those seats to someone else who had just walked in the door. Wonder why no one offered to find seats for us? It was a very strange and off putting experience. That being said, we’ll give them another try after the dust has settled. We’ve always enjoyed Sammy’s food in Mt Vernon and their food here was also delicious.”

“The Bel-Loc Diner is the most amazing place ever. Quick service, nice people, and a laid back atmosphere. The only bad thing is the bathroom but you come here to eat, not poop. The milkshakes are sinfully delicious, the biscuits are golden pillows of happiness, and EVERYTHING is good. I've never had a bad waitress, always gotten my food within 10-15 minutes, and always came out satisfied and thinking "wow. That was amazing".”
