“My boyfriend and I just checked out this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. I loved the unique (locally, at least) experience of selecting your own drink and pouring it yourself. They charge by the ounce so you can taste the different beers and then fill up your glass with the one you prefer. The staff is very friendly and helped us understand how the whole process works. You can start a tab on your phone and see how much each pour costs you, which I found useful. The food was pretty good too. We had wings and fried Mac&Cheese bites. Tasty pub food! They have a nice outdoor seating area and I can see myself coming here frequently for drinks and a quick bite to eat!”

“Quick online ordering process, order ready within 6 minutes and had no pickup problems. My 2 issues are why don't they state the sizes of items in inches or ounces vs small medium and large etc.? Not sure if this is hiding or deceiving the online shopper or clever marketing. I ordered a large order of fries, I received more ketchup packets then fries. Here again regular and large sizes offered. Or did they mistakenly give me a regular instead....hmmmmm 🤔 Overall I was pleased with Philly Cheesesteak and the Buffalo wings.”

“I did not like how expensive it was to come here with my kids. One game including shoes is around $60. And they tell me that "You don't have to wear the shoes, but you so need to pay for them..." 🙄 Nevertheless, I give this place 4 stars. And the reason is that I appreciated the fact that I can bring my kids here without worrying about what music would be playing through the speakers or what sort of videos would be shown. I've been to bowling alleys where the atmosphere was in my opinion not very appropriate, especially for young kids. At AMF Pikesville the only screens were the ones displaying the game score with some cute animations, and there was no music playing in the background which actually made it much easier to hear each other. Thank you AMF Pikesville for making this a great place to bring my kids!”

“I decided to stop at the Royal Farms on McCormick Rd in Hunt Valley, MD for gas. We pulled up to pump 3 and put my credit card in and the screen froze up. Concerned that my card info was saved on the pump, I went inside and asked for the manager, who was busy and told an employee he was not going out. The employee spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tim who was also busy, but! He turned and greeted me with a big smile and told me to come on let's check the pump out. Tim was so friendly and helpful, the screen would not unfreeze, but we went back in and spoke with a man making sandwiches who assured me the pump would not save my credit card number and I should be fine to fill up at another pump. Tim assured me it was going to be fine and told me to check my account on line in the morning. I continued to think about Tim as I continued on my way to Pennsylvania. In the few minutes of meeting him and speaking with him, I was provided with the BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I wish we all could be as patient, kind and understanding as Tim. I had my 7 yr old grandson with me, I pointed out to him how kind and helpful Tim was to me and how Mr. Tim is a great example of GOOD HUMAN BEING. “It was a sad day when the Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet closed. But now Satyr Hill shopping center once again has a fantastic buffet to enjoy. While the menu has changed many of the old favorites are still available from the new establishment. The food quality and fresh decor really make Charm City Buffet and Grill stand out. If you ever enjoyed the old Hibachi Grill I recommended trying its new replacement out. You won’t regret it.”

“Wowie wow! This place was a nice surprise. The customer service was fantastic! They were really nice to offer me samples of the broth before I ordered. And the coffee was just incredible. I will be coming back just for the coffee. We got home and it was nice to see the broth came separate. We poured the broth in the bowl and in just a few minutes, we enjoyed some lovely flavors. I absolutely love oxtail, so now I know where to go that I can get it. So, so yummy. You have made a new regular customer. Thank you!”
