Clean and good atmosphere. 1 star removed for: takeout portions are smaller than dine in (specifically for ramen), they always feel understaffed for dinner rush (waiting way too long for service, etc.), they don't answer their phone, and they decline to seat outdoors for even small reasons (67 degrees, perfect weather, I guess it was too cold for them??)
