My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here. It was my first time being there. We enjoyed everything. The food was delicious, the service was on point and I like the fact the manager came out to make sure we were enjoying everything. We will definitely be back.
The service from the staff was phenomenal and the food was delicious but unfortunately the crowds of people that were thete was just not was I was expecting. I paid top dollar to have a birthday dinner with my bf and enjoy a calm, quiet, peaceful ambiance... instead we heard alot of cursing and loud conversations from everyone around us. Otherwise everything was Amazing!!!
The food was awesome overall. But my wife had the Salmon n Shrimp meal. It was soaked in a sweet chili sauce, which was too much for her. Everything else was great. Seafood tower was great, lamb chops were mouth watering, soup was great. The service was excellent as well. Very pleased
Father’s Day was my first time dining at any Ruth’s Chris location and I must say Pier 5 outdid themselves. I believe it was their first day operating at 50% capacity but I couldn’t even tell! My dining experience reminded me of dining overseas on vacation, great ambiance! The staff were all very welcoming and the food was excellent. Lobster Mac & Cheese is to die for. I will definitely be coming back to RC Pier 5.
(If I could make a suggestion, it’d be awesome to have maybe live music or a small jazz group to perform on the patio! That would literally tie the excellent experience together.)
