Shake Shack Canton

First time trying this location on a Saturday afternoon in April

Location: convenient and around plenty of shopping and sights. Very clean and open inside

Service: the people were great!! Very friendly and attentive. And, even though there isn't table service here, they went above and beyond, offering to bring the food and condiments to us

Food: was very good. I liked the burger and fries. My wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich. The 50/50 tea with pomegranate was refreshing

Great food, fast service, and a really easy to use ordering kiosk as well. It was nice that even though we used the kiosk someone still came around to ask us if we had any questions. They also deliver your meal to you and offer to bring you anything else you need.

Anyone complaining hasn’t been to a shake shack before: The menu is the same everywhere as are the prices. We dined in so I can’t speak to the drive through but it looked busy and they had plenty of staff to deal with it. Give them time and they’ll figure it out.

I had the Shack Burger fries and a small lemonade. The burger was extremely greasy. I don’t know if this is normal because this was my first time going to Shake Shack. The fries and lemonade were good.

First time at a Shake Shack, had the Spicy Bacon Burger. Cook well done and kinda crunchy. Decent size almost as big as five guy's burgers. Crinkled cut fries were crispy and hot, shake was thick and almost busted a brain cell getting it thru the straw. Overall nice experience, staff friendly and courteous.
