Sobeachy was at the Migrations Celebration at Cromwell Valley Park. I couldn't figure out what to get and the very nice lady recommended the Haitian Chili. It was awesome, had a pleasant kick to it. Can't wait to try their other menu items.
Had a bunch of their food at the Old Line Spirits tiki party yesterday. Everything was great. I forget the exact names of the dishes, but my wife got the veggie plate and I got the turkey sausage and peppers. Both came with rice and plantains. Everything was packed full of flavor and the portion size was good. Our daughter devoured some plantains and a veggie patty. We got the rum cake too and it was probably the best rum cake we ever had. We’ll have to come by their spot at Cross Street Market sometime.
I can’t even began to tell you how good this food is. The chef is top notch and takes great pride in his establishment. I haven’t been this happy about a meal in a long time. If you are in the area and you like delicious food and drinks, So Beachy is a must!
Best food I’ve ever had. Hands down. Man’s hooked me up good. All I said was “I’m hungry.” He made me THE thickest chicken meal with rice and sweat plantains. He asked if I’m thirsty and I replied “yes”. He made me a watermelon and pineapple lemonade. On gawd, best meal of my life. 10/10.
Went to Sobeachy ready try some Haitian cuisine and I was not disappointed. Outstanding service and the food (2 entree Taste of Haiti chicken and chili) was outstanding! I will absolutely be coming back when I'm in town and would highly recommend giving them a try. Well worth it!
