“I have always liked the food at Roy Rogers. One of my favorite things is the Large Roast Beef and the best part of that is there "Fixin's Bar" which is all the toppings you want to put on your Roast Beef, vegetables, sauces and so on. That way you can make it the way you want it and get it right. Another thing I like there is their Strawberry Shortcake made with a fresh biscuit, strawberries and real hand dipped ice cream. I like mine with strawberry ice cream.”

My wife and I were completely entertained by watching both bartenders Nancy and Danny hustling up the orders for the mass at the bar. They even gave my wife and I hugs goodbye as we were leaving. “It's a great place for crab dishes. Today we had their excellent cream of crab soup followed by a Baby crab cake that was perfectly cooked. Golden crisp on the outside but very moist and delicious inside. Just all crab meat, no fillers. The serving was generous. I wish there was a little more Cole slaw. The onion rings we're great, too. The service was excellent and despite a busy time our server was very attentive and informed us how our food is progressing in the kitchen.”

“This is better than the other Chinese restaurants around here. I have tried multiple locations in Chesapeake Beach and Dunkirk and this is the best out of the three. Their fried rice doesn’t taste overly cheap or dyed to look yellow like most lower end Chinese Restaurants. Sure maybe they have ac issues but they are friendly and pretty fast to get your order done. (roughly 15 mins) I normally order the chicken fried rice and Crispy spicy beef. The fried rice has good chunks of chicken and isn’t bland. The Crispy spicy beef is strip of marinated beef that’s cool to be crunchy from my guess. Good flavor and crunch without being overly moist. I consider this place a good 5 compared to the competitors.”

“Not a TAPROOM, cool place, pretty good food, great service. This is not a taproom, they have 6 taps of super normal beer. Beers are way overpriced at $6.25, you cant just call yourself a taproom and charge 2 bucks extra for beers. Outside of those flaws this place is headed in the right direction from the looks of it. For what they charge for 1/2 doz shrimp they should at least clean them.”

“The food and hospitality were 5 star hands down, Jerry's Place lost a 5th star with me because their prices are a bit rich. I understand seafood is expensive and normally that is reflected in the price, Jerry's Place was definitely higher than what I have paid locally for fresh seafood. This place is obviously very well known and they seem to pack the house every night on the weekends so I guess they can charge what they do and keep the demand, more power to them. I will probably not be back just based on the prices. The food is very very good.”
