I think many pizza places that provide optional pineapples as a topping should ONLY use fresh pineapples as a demand topping. When pineapples have been sitting out in the open, refridged and put back out; esp. if by hands it becomes cross-touched with other meet toppings, it risk becoming contaminated/poisonous. This is the 3rd time I've experienced this issue, specifically after ordering Dominoes pizza late night, and with PINEAPPLES.”
